They have a huge selection of parts and even have hard to find BMW parts which is a bonus for me. Saved a lot vs buying from the dealer. Part arrived in perfect condition. Thanks!
Bought a bumper here that was missing a couple parts, Luke said he would give me a shout when they come in and i could pick them up. Checking their website a couple weeks later i see they have parts that would work for me. I sent emails and left messages to see if they were available. After 10 days i get confirmation they've been pulled.Show up and get charged a $50 'picking fee' because i 'didn't order them with my bumper'. Excuse me?!?!?!? Guess this place has zero ethics. Bottom line, this place does not care about their customers, unless they are an autobody placing big orders. Save yourself time, anger and hassle and go elsewhere, if you are a 'do-it-yourselfer'
